Here is Midori checking out a basket shop. Basket shops were probably the most common type of shop in Bali. When we went into one shop, I noticed that the owner was playing an unusual CD for background music. "As the deer..." made for a striking contrast to the "pots and pans" percussion of traditional Balinese music. When we inquired as to the source of the music, we were shown a "Praise" type CD: the employee of the store was a Christian!
