Here is Midori just waking up. Midori is a cat. Some of the people we met in Bali spoke of this valley as being "so spiritual" with temples and all sorts of other things (presumably the whatchamacallits in the grass). I'm not sure why palm trees and temples make a place "so spiritual". If I replaced these trees with Maples and Birch, and we could hear a loon in the distance instead of a gong being hit like pots and pans, would it be any less spiritual?
