One of the curious things about Bali was that the flowers were constantly falling off the bushes and trees. I will leave the reason for this up to the botanists in our family. Not only the staff at the Four Seasons Resort, but the flowers too were falling over themselves for us. This however made for a nice carpet of colour on the ground each day. Here, the afternoon sun is catching a flower as it lies against the moss-covered wall. A little ant is trying to find something good to each on one of the petals.
